Meditating with the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls is a beautiful way to wash away the obstructions and negatives in your life, allowing you to see clearly and connect with your higher self.
This is the perfect
time to reinvigorate your mind, spirit and body’s needs; to realign your chakras, set a strong intention and step into tomorrow with powerful affirmations of the real you.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bottle of water or similar items for your comfort during this soulful meditation. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option. .
Please note: This is not suitable for those with pacemakers, epilepsy / sound induced epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy, with menieres, cancer or other serious illnesses. Sound / frequencies can be a trigger for some people, it is also not advised for anyone with considerable mental illness or distress.
The sound meditations happen weekly on Tuesdays from 10:45-11:45
